Below is what you can generally expect when you arrive to your first appointment.
First
Please print and fill out the new patient paperwork located in the forms tab of our website. If you don’t have access to a printer, we kindly ask that you show up to the office 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to complete this necessary paperwork.
Next
We would like to get to know you a little bit. What are your life interests or what type of hobbies are you into? Our staff will then walk you through some questions about your health history. We always encourage you to ask ANY and ALL questions you may have. Your dental health is very important and should be treated as such!
Then
Next, we will perform a comprehensive set of x-rays. If no signs of periodontal disease are present, you will be given a routine cleaning afterward. If there are signs of periodontal disease, we will most likely need to reschedule the cleaning portion of your appointment to allow for more time for us to properly care for you.
Next
Once your exam is complete, Dr. Kheir will then come in to talk with you about his findings. Together, the goal is to create a healthy, effective treatment plan that best meets your dental and personal needs.
